Dr. Karen Nuytemans Guest speaker at Naples Lewy Body Dementia Support Group

McKenney Home Care, together with the Alzheimer’s Support Network and the Parkinson’s Association hosts a support group for individuals with Lewy Body Dementia and their caregivers the first Wednesday of every month at the Alzheimer’s Support Network facilities at 660 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 21, Naples, FL 34102. The Support Group is affiliated with the National Lewy Body Dementia Association. 
Dr. Karen Nuytemans will be the guest speaker for the group on October 2, 2019.  Dr. Nuytemans, Ph.D. is a Research Assistant Professor in the Dr. John T. Macdonald Foundation Department of Human Genetics and the John P. Hussman Institute for Human Genomics.  She is specifically interested in Dementia with Lewy Bodies and Frontotemporal Dementia, as well as Parkinsons Disease.
The support group is free and open to anyone with Lewy Body Dementia and their Caregivers.  Separate Support is provided on site for individuals with Lewy Body Dementia.
