Private Pay Home Health Care is at the discretion of the Client and can go on as long as it is needed. For Medicare Home Health Care, the patient’s condition and health needs are determined by the physician. Reports of changes in the patient’s condition are given by the Medicare RN to the physician
allowing the physician to make a better determination on continuing home health services.
