Business Observer highlights McKenney Healthcare Advocacy Program

McKenney Home Care was the subject of an article by Jean Gruss in the Business Observer on March 18, 2016 which highlighted the new Healthcare Advocacy Program. Our Emergency Room Staff are often overburdened and people are in crisis and forget what medications they are on including the doses and are unable to provide a clear medical history. McKenney Home Care has developed a program to assist with this problem.  For a modest fee we create a full medical history, including a current med list which we keep current monthly, then, in the event
of a visit to the hospital, we send an RN to provide the correct information, act as an Advocate and provide comfort and support to a client in the event there is no one else to do so. Please read full article here.
