McKenney Home Care announces collaboration with celebrity Chef Brian Roland.

McKenney Home Care is pleased to collaborate with celebrity Chef Brian Roland founder of Crave Culinaire.  Together with Crave Culinaire we hope to educate families on healthy cooking, seasonal ingredients and fun preparations that will keep us sharing our love at the table every day.
Chef Brian Roland was recently the celebrated Executive Chef of M Waterfront Grille in Naples, Florida.  He recently started two innovative businesses;  Florida Food Consultants, a networking concept designed to improve the restaurant industry, and Crave Culinaire, an ultramodern catering company, with services from full event planning, to catering events and chic private meals.
Having grown up in Princeton, NJ, Chef Brian graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.  He worked for several well known French chefs, including world renown chef Daniel Boulud and has worked as Executive Chef in top kitchens locally, including Chops City Grill and Cru lush wines and pure food.
As a celebrated chef locally, Chef Brian has appeared on many local television segments and supports local charity events.  He was featured in the May, 2013  issue of Life in Naples, awarded “Best Chef on the Move” by Florida Weekly in 2013, he was voted “Hottest Eligible Bachelor” in Gulfshore Life, 2011 and  is a regular feature in Naples society magazines and newspapers.
